The Enterprise Grande Garden Office is a contemporary and stylish looking building, measuring a spacious 5m x 2.6m (approx). Its double glazed front lets in plenty of light to create a bright working environment, and its two opening windows and French door provide plenty of fresh air. The Enterprise Grande is fully insulated and has a low maintenance exterior and secure locking doors.

The Enterprise Grande Garden Office comes as 5 window panels and a French door panel that can be arranged along the front of the building in a position that best suits you.

Insulation
The foam insulation is foil backed on both sides to help reflect and retain heat to maintain your Garden Office temperature, giving you a thermally efficient office building. The thick insulation also acts as a good barrier to noise and the foam insulation is 50% better at insulating than Polystyrene. The door and three windows are fully double glazed, also helping to retain some heat.

Low Maintenance: Outside and In
The Enterprise Grande has an attractive wood effect plastic outer surfacing and a tile-effect roof. These waterproof materials make the garden office easy to maintain and means that the building does not need to be stained or painted to preserve it. The interior wall is coated in warm vinyl wallpaper.

Security
The Enterprise Grande is a secure office building that is to the same standard as you would expect to find in a house. It has an 8 point locking system on the door. (There are 2 Shootbolts, 2 mushroom headed espagnolettes, a deadbolt and a locking latch on the master door; and 2 fingerbolts on the slave door). The opening windows have push to open key locking handles, with a night vent facility. The Windows and the Doors are internally reinforced with steel.

Easy Installation of Electrics
The Garden Office comes with hollow plastic skirting board conduit, which runs around the bottom of the back wall and two side walls. Mini-conduit runs vertically up each of the four corners and along the ceiling on the back and side walls. This conduit system allows for easy installation of lighting and electrical items.
