Insulation
Our Garden Offices are extremely well insulated using the latest technology. We use high density rigid foam with foil backing on both sides to retain and reflect heat to maintain your Garden Office temperature, giving you a thermally efficient office building. The thick insulation also acts as a good barrier to noise enabling you to work without being distracted.

Simple Construction
The Professional Garden Office is designed to last and is supplied with ready made wall panels that simply lock together. Detailed assembly instructions will be supplied with your Garden Office.

The Professional Garden Office has a sturdy timber framework and sits on pressure treated floor bearers.

Low Maintenance: Outside and In
The attractive appearance of the Professional Garden Office is created with a multigrain wood effect plastic exterior and a tile-effect roof, which makes it resistant to the elements and easy to maintain. There is no need to stain or paint your Garden Office to preserve it. Guttering is supplied with the Professional Garden Office.

Windows and doors have a Rosewood finish on the exterior and white finish on the interior to blend with the warm neutral tones of the internal walls. The Interior wall is coated in vinyl wallpaper.

Easy Installation of Electrics
The Garden Office comes with hollow plastic skirting board conduit, which runs around the bottom of the walls Mini-conduit runs vertically up each of the four corners and along the ceiling. This conduit system allows your electrician to easily run wires for lights, heating, power sockets, or phone lines to almost anywhere along the edges of your Garden Office. You will need a qualified Electrician to fit the electrics for your Garden Office.

Security
The uPVC half glazed Door is fitted with a highly secure locking system. The 3 windows have ‘push-to-open’ key locking handles. The wall panels, at 100mm thick are built from a solid sandwich structure utilising 70mm thick framework, and are internally fixed. The composite roof panel is 120mm thick and made from steel, this also has internal fixings for security.
