The Ottery Multi Log Garage/Workshop gives you two rooms. The large room comes supplied without a floor to create a spacious garage area. Flooring is supplied for the smaller room, and an optional floor is available for the larger room if you wish to use this building as a workshop, or for other purposes. The three windows provide plenty of light and ventilation into your garden building whilst the French doors and garage doors give easy access.

Convenience Features:

• approx. 2450mm (8') (approx) High internal eaves, giving more interior space. This is the lowest point inside so you're unlikely to hit your head on the ceiling.
• Solid Double Doors - 2235mm wide x 1955mm high (approx) at front, plenty of room to fit a car through.
• Double Door, this gives ease of access to the Cabin when moving items into and out of it and also allows more fresh air into the cabin during summer months if desired.
• Internal double door to easily move from one part of the cabin to the other.
• Three opening windows.

Construction Features:

• 45mm tongue and groove interlocking log walls.
• 2 Rooms
• 19mm Thick tongue and grooved roofing and flooring for a sturdier roof and to prevent bounce in the floor when walking upon it. Flooring is supplied as standard for the smaller room and an optional Floor is available for the larger room.
• Large 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers to prevent fungal decay and damage by insects. The bearers sit underneath the whole of the cabin so that everything in contact with the foundation is pressure treated, unlike some other suppliers cabins.
• Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm (approx) Roof beams to prevent 'sagging', pre-notched to slot onto apexes
• All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), pre-notched pine or spruce to ensure a rapid and easy assembly.
• Windows and single doors are pre-hung and pre-assembled to simply slot into place.
• Double doors are provided as 6 assembled pieces that slot together then slot into place

Note: The Log Cabin will be delivered on a flat bed van and you will need to unload it by hand, the driver will assist with this. The cabin is made from kiln dried timber and must be covered if it is to be stored outside prior to construction and treatment. This is to prevent moisture/rain from warping and rotting the timber, unless you plan to store the cabin inside, you will need tarpaulins or similar to provide cover for the wood.
