The Rhine 4 45 is a good sized log cabin ideal for a number of uses, and with its 45mm walls makes the perfect room for setting up a home office as it offers you more insulation compared to the 28mm version. The Rhine 4 45 makes a great addition to any garden, providing your living area with extra space, and is great for use as a hobby room or home gym. Double doors provide easy access when moving items in and out of the cabin and the single opening window lets in plenty of light and fresh air to give this cabin a bright and airy feel. Additional windows and doors are available, as well as an optional 1.5m veranda.

Convenience Features:

• approx. 2000mm (6’6”) High internal eaves, for more interior space. This is the lowest point inside which means you are unlikely to bang your head.
• Double Door, for easy access when moving items in and out of the Log Cabin, also allows more air to enter the cabin if desired during the warmer months.
• Single opening window, made from glass.
• 1100mm (3’6”) (approx) overhanging canopy that provides you with shelter and shade at the front of your cabin. If you want a smaller overhang the canopy can easily be cut back during cabin construction.

Construction Features:

• 45mm Thick tongue and grooved interlocking log walls featuring bevelled notches for ease of assembly and a better seal compared to straight cut notches.
• 19mm Thick tongue and grooved roofing and flooring for a sturdier and attractive finish.
• Large 70mm x 70mm Pressure treated floor bearers to prevent fungal decay and damage by insects, protecting the foundations of your cabin.
• Heavy duty 140mm x 45mm (approx) Roof beams to prevent ‘sagging’, pre-notched ready to slot onto apexes
• All wood is planed, pre-cut (with the exception of trims), and pre-notched for quick and easy assembly.
• Windows and single doors are pre-hung and pre-assembled ready to simply slot into place.
• Double doors are provided as 6 assembled pieces that slot together then slot into place.

Optional Features:

• Veranda, measuring 1.5m deep, provides you with an area to relax out in your garden. Consists of two banisters and pressure treated flooring and bearers.
• Single window, can be placed in any of the walls except the front.
• Double door, can be placed in any of the walls except the front (Please note that when the door is placed at the side of the cabin it has to be assembled with the door opening inwards, otherwise it catches on the edge of the roof)

Note: The Log Cabin will be delivered on a flat bed van and you will need to unload it by hand, the driver will assist with this. The cabin is made from kiln dried timber and must be covered if it is to be stored outside prior to construction and treatment. This is to prevent moisture/rain from warping and rotting the timber, unless you plan to store the cabin inside, you will need tarpaulins or similar to provide cover for the wood.
